Its a great book, especially if u have no previous experience with programming for the web. Dont be discouraged by other reviews, i have read the book. i also agree that it has a few errors. but they are very few and can be figured out at least, before you finish reading another chapter. I do not know the author but i recommend the book because it teaches practically everything you will ever need to program a website. Anbd it is arranged in good way.
